Riverbank

Riverbank is a city in Stanislaus County, California, United States. The town holds a very popular Cheese & Wine Exposition each October. Riverbank is also home to Jacob Myers Park, a large park on the river perfect for children. The park contains a barbecue area, boat ramp, camping area, fishing, gazebo, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, playground, restrooms, and trails.

Incorporated on August 23, 1922, Riverbank's official slogan is "The City of Action." It is part of the Modesto Metropolitan Statistical Area. Riverbank was founded as a ferry crossing, and was established as a town with the coming of the Santa Fe Railroad.
